Withdrawal

Important withdrawal guidelines and transfer procedures designed to ensure a clear, structured, and transparent school exit process.

Guidelines for a Smooth Transition

Parents and guardians are requested to carefully follow the school’s withdrawal policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and formal transition.

  1. A clear one calendar month’s written notice must be submitted before the withdrawal of a child. Failing this, one month’s fee will be charged.
  2. For the withdrawal of a child at the end of the academic year, i.e. in March, a two months’ written notice must be submitted during the first week of January, and all fees must be paid up to 31st March.
  3. The academic session of the school is from 1st April to 31st March.
  4. Any notice submitted contrary to the above rules, or during vacation periods and official holidays when the school office remains fully closed, will not be entertained.
  5. Any notice of withdrawal and request for a Transfer Certificate must be submitted in writing by the parents or authorized guardians of the child, as per school rules. Upon receipt of such a request, the Transfer Certificate will be prepared and issued on or after the third day, subject to clearance of all outstanding dues. Once a Transfer Certificate has been prepared, official school records will be entered accordingly, and no changes in date of birth or other records will be permitted. Once issued, no further modifications, documentation, or record changes can or will be made.
  6. On payment of Rs. 750/- (applicable only for the current year), a duplicate Transfer Certificate may be issued, provided an affidavit on the legally prescribed stamp paper, along with a photograph of the parents and written in English addressed to the Principal of the School, is submitted with a satisfactory reason. Every subsequent year, or part thereof, will attract an additional charge of Rs. 150/- per lapsed year.
  7. A Transfer Certificate may be issued upon request (written application required) on leaving the school by paying Rs. 50/- within one month of leaving school, or within one month of declaration of results in case of a Board Examination. After the lapse of one month, or part thereof, a charge of Rs. 150/- will be applicable, subject to clearance of all pending dues. For every subsequent academic year, or part thereof, an additional charge of Rs. 150/- per academic year will be levied over and above the clearance of all outstanding dues.

Fee charges may be revised without prior notice.

Expulsion

The membership of a child may be cancelled by the school in cases of persistent misconduct, use of indecent language, deliberate delay in fee payment, repeated violation of school rules, or any unfriendly actions by the child, parents, relatives, or guardians toward the institution, its administration, staff, or management.

The school and its management reserve the right to take such action whenever considered necessary in the larger interest of the institution, its students, staff, or administration.

In the event of expulsion, the school shall bear no liability, and any fees or dues already paid shall not be refundable.
